Our minimum order for retail partners is 50 bags per week. For wholesale pricing, the minimum is 500 bags.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We offer free delivery for orders over 500 bags within our territory zones. Smaller orders can be picked up at our depot.
What are your payment terms?
We operate on a cash-and-carry basis or bank transfer before delivery. For long-term partners with a proven track record, we may offer credit facilities after 6 months of active business.
Do you accept returns for damaged products?
Yes, we have a “No Loss” policy. If you receive any leaking or damaged sachets upon delivery, we will replace them instantly. Please inspect your goods before the driver leaves.
